NYAA - Fellow Show

Closure through Celebration
08/29/08 I can't begin to tell you how many magical events have shaped my smile. I celebrate life, here and now, my friend new and old, my family, and the Universe.

TOSAT - PUBLIC AD CAMPAIGN update!!!
TOSAT (Toronto Street advertising Takeover) is the first international street ad takeover project. Working in Toronto with the Pattison Outdoor Core Media Pillars, the event included 60 artists from around the world and removed over 90 street levels ads as well as nearly 20 billboards from Toronto's public environment. While we would like to thank all of the artists who submitted work, without which this project could not have happened, we owe an incredible debt to local Toronto street artists PosterChild and Sean Martindale for their on the ground support and unending dedication to the cause. As well, a special thanks must go out to Martin Reis whose photographic support provided imagery of the streets without which we would have been blind. Lastly and not least, this project could not have taken place without the DUSPA collective and the incredible group of volunteers who risked arrest to install all of the work as well as help plan this wonderful event. Given the complete success of this event, we hope the TOSAT project will provide us with both a model and the confidence to bring this type of large scale non-violent civil disobedience project to cities abroad in the years to come.

TOSAT - PUBLIC AD CAMPAIGN
I just returned from a Princess Mandarina's adventure up north. My first visit to Toronto was inspired by Public Ad Campaign I have participated in NYSAT's past two events. So when I heard Canada... I was in for the ride (bus ride 8hrs). TOSAT was very well organized. I met so many wonderful artist's and passionate people. I will be posting video and pics soon! Summer heat
I walk sweating enjoying every drop of sweat that falls down my back. I can feel the heart beat of people as they pass me. My senses are alive! I Taste it all! Art is everywhere! The Free Art Society moved me into performance gear! This week filming Hulk will be surreal! The set is huge and I can't wait to start! Surprise surprise. I miss you AH, your family is in my prayers. I looking for new music to perform to and taking suggestions most of these performances are dance with or without Burlesque, the music I like is usually a bit circus like, drums, slightly silly and sensual... anyhow I learn about more about music from everyone.
