One is possessive- controlling/dominating ... And one is jealous- fearful of being replaced in position or affection. I would rather taste the power of possessiveness than the uncertainty of jealousy. There is a certain insecurity in jealousy; none for me, I'm full thanks. Perhaps a martini instead?
