KGB JAM Sept 14th

The night was filled with excitement. Mia and I invited Tim Garrigan, Electric People, and Niketta Scott. The musicians brought a vibration to KGB that's all ways unexpected and new. We are very excited to hear the new songs off Tim Garrigan self produced album, GRAND STATION CENTRAL. Cd's are available check his myspace.

Electric People surprised us with a full drum kit!!!!!! There debut performance was over the top with songs such as "My Love My Love" and "Bitch on Dope". This Brooklyn based three piece band consists of Adam James (vocals guitar/ organs), Jesse Katz (drums), LD Catastrophe (bass/vocals), these young vibrant musicians turned KGB into a rock venue for 15 min!!! Amazing.
Check out their myspace

New onto the scene Niketta Scott, a diamond in the rough! You will be seeing more of her. After two martinis she was ready. Belting out tunes: "Infatuation" (self written), "Miss Celie's Blues" (from the Color Purple), "Your Sorry" (self written). The crowd responded with such passion for more that we would not let her leave without singing one more song. She sang Fallen (cover)

Thank you all for coming out to support our KGB JAM sessions!!!! This has been an amazing summer of creativity and unity. Our next event will be Monday Sept 21!!! We eager to introduce Aztec Economy and The Wild Yaks!!!!
